Photographs of a customers Fordson in our workshop.

Our facilities allow us to carry out complete restorations on all types of tractors, involving the stripping down and rebuilding of engines, gearboxes, axles and other ancillaries. We also offer an in house shot blasting and repainting service together with the transportation of tractors and implements. How far we go is entirely dependent on the customers budget!
The only thing we cannot do is miracles; any restoration is toally dependent on the condition of the tractor and the availability of replacment parts.
We go to great lengths to source genuine and original parts, even as far a field as the USA. However as components are no longer available, we approached a number of local engineering firms with a view to examining the feasibility and cost of producing compenents. In some instances this was a relatively easy process as it only required the programming of a CNC machine tools to produce bushes, pins etc.
In other cases it required the Pattern Maker's skill to make wooden patterns, which are then employed by the foundry men to make the castings. These castings then require to be fettled and machined before they can be fitted.
Naturally all of these operations reflect in the final cost.
